  • All abstracts must be written in English.

  • The content of the abstract must be topic related to the three conference themes:

    • Cancer

    • Lifestyle Diseases

    • Infectious Diseases

  • Please ensure that your abstract does not contain spelling, grammatical or scientific errors. No corrections are possible after the submission deadline. The abstract will be reproduced exactly as submitted.

  • Submitted abstracts can be re-edited and modified until the submission deadline (31 October 2017). **Submission deadline has been extended to 14 November 2017.**

  • Abstracts received after the deadline will not be accepted and will therefore not be considered for the program or for publication.

  • Abbreviations may be used after defining them first

  • The abstract should not be more than 250 words.

  • The abstract must be structured into the following sections:

    • Objectives

    • Material and Methods

    • Results

    • Conclusion

  • Submitted abstracts will be acknowledged via email within 3 days.

  • All authors will be notified through the email address provided, whether their abstract has been accepted. It is the author’s responsibility to ensure that emails from the Scientific Programme Committee can reach them. They will be informed at the same time about the date, time and form of their poster presentation.

  • All abstracts accepted for poster presentation will be published in 3rd National Scientific Symposium proceedings.

  • Poster submission must be in the standard A1 size.
